If Golf Refugees were the governing body of golf:
Blood tests for doping would be mandatory
More variety on major tours; including 9 hole rounds, street golf events, night golf etc
Changes to the format of tournament week, no practise rounds, more opportunities for professional golfers to encourage and coach young players
Publication of annual water and pesticide usage by all golf courses
Major championships only allocated to golf courses who advocate a sustainable future with plans to reduce water and pesticide usage
New regulations for golf equipment to use recycled and biodegradable materials
Pathway to equalise prize money for male and female golfers
Board of the R&A to be truly representative
